1. Conditions for Refund
We accept refund requests in the following cases:
Product with manufacturing defect: If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt.
Incorrect product: If you receive an item that is different from what was ordered, please notify us immediately so we can correct the situation.
Product not received: If the order is not delivered within the maximum estimated time, we will contact the carrier and, if necessary, process the refund.
Notice:
Returned products must be in their original packaging, with no signs of use and with all tags intact.
Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

You can request a refund within 14 working days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Right of Free Resolution applicable in the European Union.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the refund is due to an error by MissElory (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
In other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
